Rainforest Tree House - The Blue Zone

Image
Rainforest Tree House- The Blue Zone  ============================= Venue: Gunung Pulai, Kulai 81000. Cycling journey : 103km. My general view points out of the  2 nights of living in this beautiful tree house are: 1.The wooden house base structure is made of solid wood plus long steel solid rod.  This gives the customers a good reliable feeling where safety comes first. 2.All the building materials are from the reclaimed or reused wood.  A plus point in terms of a good recycling mindset and approach although the houses architectural design could look a bit untidy and messy.  3.Be prepared to walk more, ups and down, because of the shared toilets and shared sitting hall for dinner or breakfast. Good cardio exercise with the slope.  4.No shoes is allowed inside the tree house.  It gave me a great feeling of body grounding where our bare feet has directly contacted to the wooden floo...

IF18/6, skip dinner, give best healing time

Image
Above recording were from my Garmin watch.  Intermittent fasting, IF18/6 , always give rise to a shorter sleep as long as I sleep early. Last night, I dozed off quite early. Feeling really fresh at the moment. That's the benefit of IF obviously. Process of triggering genome to execute healing, repairs, autophagy, were probably done timely because the body do not hv extra food loads for burning. No extra sugar to turn into fats and no extra food (sugars) to feed the cancer cells. This is why I advocate dinner fasting instead of  breakfast skipping.    We need a good breakfast in order to sustain the hormone cortisol in the morning  while we do not need foods or a lot of food to disrupt the evening 's hormone--> melatonin.    The above are my  sleep quality observations over a year of data collection,  with respect to intermittent fasting approach.   Eating dinner will...

Regensburg, Cyclist everywhere

Image
Regensburg,  Cyclist Everywhere  =========================== -Regensburg city is full of cyclist  .   Bicycles are parked everywhere, every corner as you walk along the ancient small lanes with cobbled stones neatly and tidily fixed . Statistically,  there are about 73 million people owns bicycle out of Germany's 82 million population.  More than 30% of the German bikes to work.   I noted that the cycling lanes, dedicated lane especially,  are continuously under construction and expansion.   Hopefully,  50% of the people could cycle to work by the end 2030.     -Beers hv been the basic culture of the German . German monasteries have been producing beer for mass consumption since around the end of the first millennium, the year 1000.  Interesting to see how they evolved from alcohol beers into alcohol frei (...

Landshut city , Bavaria

Landshut, city, Bavaria state, southeastern Germany. It lies on the Isar River northeast of Munich. Named for its early position as the protector (Hut) of the neighbouring district, it was founded in 1204, when the duke of Bavaria built a fortress there, and was chartered in 1279. The town is most famous as the location of one of the biggest medieval and historical festivals in Europe, the so-called “Landshuter Hochzeit” (Landshut Wedding). Over 2,000 locals participate in the pageant, wearing original 15th century garments when the event is hosted every four years. Candi Prambanan  The amazing Hindu Temple since 850 CE ,  means 1167 years ago =================================== During my 5 day cycling trip, 30th June till 3rd July,  that went through Borobudur temple,  Gunung Merapi Volcano,  Prambanan and Yogyakarta old city,   the one destination that amazed me tremendously was Prambanan Temple.  I was trying to capture all the detailed crafted sculpture photos and counting the number of gods but I failed finally because there were just too many.   Sitting at one of the corners while waiting for other riders, I started pondering following; How many gods are there in Hindu religion? Who started this temple project and why?  Why was this temple destroyed? Answers to 1 ; Hinduism 's deities has evolved from 33 to >100.  The major deities were Vishnu,...
