Regensburg, Cyclist everywhere
-Regensburg city is full of cyclist . Bicycles are parked everywhere, every corner as you walk along the ancient small lanes with cobbled stones neatly and tidily fixed . Statistically, there are about 73 million people owns bicycle out of Germany's 82 million population. More than 30% of the German bikes to work. I noted that the cycling lanes, dedicated lane especially, are continuously under construction and expansion. Hopefully, 50% of the people could cycle to work by the end 2030.
-Beers hv been the basic culture of the German . German monasteries have been producing beer for mass consumption since around the end of the first millennium, the year 1000. Interesting to see how they evolved from alcohol beers into alcohol frei ( free, <05%). In the above pictures, most of them are taking alcohol frei beers which I find it's very close to the taste of standard beers .
-Heinz, 82 years old, is still very healthy whom possesses a great discipline in his diets ( low carbohydrates especially in the evening), regular exercise in Hiking and Cycling, small amount of red wine daily , alcohol frei weißen beers, frequent meet up friends with loads of laughters.
-So as our cycling Guru Dirk Limann, 80 years old, who eats a perfect diet nowadays ( 80:20, means 80% veggies), regular cycling 3 to 4x per week, always napping in the noon time. Of course alcohol frei most of the time.
