IF18/6, skip dinner, give best healing time

Above recording were from my Garmin watch.  Intermittent fasting, IF18/6 , always give rise to a shorter sleep as long as I sleep early. Last night, I dozed off quite early. Feeling really fresh at the moment. That's the benefit of IF obviously. Process of triggering genome to execute healing, repairs, autophagy, were probably done timely because the body do not hv extra food loads for burning. No extra sugar to turn into fats and no extra food (sugars) to feed the cancer cells. This is why I advocate dinner fasting instead of  breakfast skipping.    We need a good breakfast in order to sustain the hormone cortisol in the morning  while we do not need foods or a lot of food to disrupt the evening 's hormone--> melatonin.    The above are my  sleep quality observations over a year of data collection,  with respect to intermittent fasting approach.   Eating dinner will usually give rise to poor score of sleep qual

In yr opinion, what are the best practices that make your late dad live till 99? Answers from TayGB; My dad was a teenager during the Japanese occupation. He came.from a family of Planter and they owned lands in Kuala Sg Baru & Linggi. He and a cousin went to stay by themselves in the remote lands to cultivate tapioca and other edible stuff. One day, the hut was attacked and they ran away but cousin was taken. The next day, his father came and took him back to Melaka town. Many other youths were snatched away and none been heard of coming back. The tapioca plot was abandoned and he began to work the land of a relative in Mata Kuching. It was few years later, after the Japs.surrendered , he learned about the River Kwai....the cousin did not come back. Since then, he was very determined to be physically strong
