An old city that possessed a full spectrum of characters and colours. It encompasses various dynasties , unique building architecture, rich history , sumptuous food selections and costumes attire, more than 20 brands of beers, 5 main languages and more than 20 dialects easily and 53 tribes. There are many paddy fields around the outskirts of Hanoi because of good fengshui. The wide Red River delta ( Song Hong) coupled with the mountain range of Bavi making it useful as a defence measure.  In about 1880, French established Hanoi as the headquarters of Indochina, managing Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. In 1954, French left Vietnam because of the strong force of Ho Chi Minh, Communist Party leader. American managed to controlled the Southern part of Vietnam whereas North Vietnam was controlled by Ho Chin Minh. In...

Age: 44 Doremi has been a friendly guy since I know him in 2018.  My recent mountain biking with him has inspired me to write a short article about his FAT to FIT journey. In 2015, he and several friends had decided to embark on healthy living through cycling in view to his high blood pressure background as well as high cholesterol. 9 of them started to buy bicycle and cycling around the Recreational Forest, Ayer Keroh, regularly. Gradually, some guys gave up except Doremi who decided to join other more committed cycling groups . His persistence mindset has evolved himself to enter into road bike riding and mountain biking adventuring. His weight has also gradually decreased from 110kg ( 2015) to 85kg today .
