IF 18/6 tends to benefit sleep quality

Intermittent fasting 18/6 tends to benefit the sleep quality.

Tools; Garmin watch Forerunner 255, tracking sleep quality. 
Evaluation scope; skip dinner , skip lunch , skip breakfast.  
Observation/ results;  
Only skip dinner seems to show a good quality of sleep thus far. Tracking data over the last 1 year. Below 
are the Garmin tracking results.
