If OKU disabled cyclist can, why can't we ?

Way back in the mid 2019 , I was amazed to see a disabled cyclist, our famous DJ Patrick Teoh , leading the ride in Damansara hilly area for a distance of 25km.
A very tough personality guy but always smile whenever possible.  I think positive mindset is the key to his healthiness, being 73 years old at the moment.
Regular cycling has helped him to stay fit without any illnesses.
As both his legs suffered polio problem, he has cleverly found a used bike from UK that cost him £400. A very robust bike indeed which allowed him to cycle 1000km from Kedah to Bangkok several years ago .
The above photos were posted in the Facebook in July 2019 which has inspired my  classmate Yau Tiam Ann very much.   Yau is also a disabled polio person with very energetic mind since young. Below is his first foldie bike after seeing Patrick Teoh 's cycling stories.
He is a senior IT director working in Infineon Technologies Malacca and he represented Malaysia in the world Paralympic Badminton Championship several times during his younger days.
As I told Yau that cycling is for life , I'm glad to see his positive response and commitment since then.  He has been actively cycling nowadays .

I'm always impressed to see OKU disabled people taking part in cycling especially those visually impaired people joining the tandem bike riding.  Hope to see more people encourage and help OKU disabled people in doing exercises like cycling.
If the disabled people can cycle, why can't those normal people especially having obesity problems ?   Try your best ya.  πŸ€œπŸ€›
